1. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern the Project Titan website, account portal, game realms, shop, and connected support or community features (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and activity on your account. Do not share your password or access another person’s account, and tell us promptly if you believe your account is compromised. You may use the Services only if you are legally able to accept these terms; obtain a representative’s permission where the law requires it.
3. Acceptable use
Use the Services for personal gameplay and community participation in accordance with these terms, game rules, and applicable law. Do not cheat, use bots or exploits, evade security measures or sanctions, attack or disrupt systems, access accounts without permission, harass other users, distribute malware or fraud, or post unlawful or rights-infringing material. Do not resell or commercially exploit access without written permission.
4. Accounts, characters, and virtual content
Characters, progress, balances, items, and other digital features are provided for use within the Services. They are not money and do not give you ownership outside the Services or a right to cash redemption, except where mandatory law or an express offer says otherwise. Shop requests are subject to the description, balance, character, realm, and delivery details shown when you place them.
We may adjust, repair, reset, or remove virtual content when reasonably needed to operate, balance, secure, or maintain the game. Any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected.
5. Availability and account measures
Maintenance, errors, security incidents, or operational changes may interrupt or change a feature. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may restrict or suspend access where needed to address a breach, fraud, a security or game-integrity risk, a legal requirement, or harm to users. Where reasonable, we will explain the reason and how to request a review; urgent protective measures may take effect first.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Account-closure or deletion requests can be made through the privacy or support contact; information may be retained where law or security needs require it.
6. Intellectual property
The website’s software, layout, text, artwork, and other materials are owned by the operator or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable law. These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the Services for their intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership to you.
Do not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from protected material unless its owner authorizes it or the law permits it.
7. Privacy and third-party services
The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and how to make a request. External links, CAPTCHA tools, widgets, and other providers may operate under separate terms and privacy notices. Review those notices before using the relevant feature.
8. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided as available and without a promise that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the Services or applicable law changes. The current version and update date will be posted here. Changes take effect as permitted by law; if you do not agree, stop using the Services.
For questions about these terms, contact the operator through the support channels available on the website. Mandatory protections under the law that applies to you remain in place.
